The 10th Chinese American Culture & Art Festival is joining forces with the 2nd Annual Westland Multicultural Festival for an unforgettable celebration! In honor of America’s 250th Anniversary, this landmark collaboration merges local civic pride with one of the most beloved traditional holidays, creating a vibrant weekend of cultural unity and shared history.

Event Schedule Highlights

Friday, September 25 |5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

o    Chinese Heritage Showcase: Begins at 7:10 PM

o    Kick off the weekend at Nankin Square & Amphitheatre with traditional music, dance, and cultural performances.

Saturday, September 26 |12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

o    Stronger Westland Parade: Begins at 1:00 PM

o    Watch local leaders, cultural troupes, and colorful floats march from Westland City Hall down to Nankin Square.

1.      Celebrating America’s 250th Through Cultural Fusion: As the nation marks its Semi quincentennial, this festival highlights how diverse cultural traditions enrich the tapestry of American history. Sharing art and traditions under the autumn sky honors the nation's past while fostering civic togetherness for the future.

2.      Mid-Autumn Magic Meets Local Unity: September 25th coincides with the Mid-Autumn Festival （Zhongqiu Jie）, an ancient holiday centered on family reunion, harvest, and harmony under the full moon. Celebrating this occasion alongside the Westland Multicultural Festival broadens the traditional family circle to include the entire community.
